Why counselling?
​
Counselling is about offering a confidential space to explore and express aspects of yourself which may be uncomfortable, painful, overwhelming or embarrassing.

Following the assessment, we should both have a deeper understanding of what you expect from counselling and how this might be achieved.
​
Each session will last 50 minutes and take place at the same time each week.
How we work

We are trained using integrative techniques. Our work is client-based and we find the best way for us to work together should be decided through a process of discussion and agreement.
