We abide by the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy, (BACP), code of ethics, Good Practice and Complaints procedure.

What is counselling?

​

At times,we all experience sad, distressing, painful events that can be difficult to come to terms with. These events can cause stress or illness and put a strain on our relationships. Counselling provides an emotional outlet where it is possible to-

  • Explore difficulties

  • Work through feelings of inner conflict

  • Mourn for what is lost

  • Understand your feelings

  • Look at aspects area of your life you would like to change

About us

We provide a friendly, safe,confidential environmental to express feelings and thought

with someone out side your personal situation without fear

of being judged or criticised 

Why counselling?

​

Counselling is about offering a confidential space to explore and express aspects of yourself which may be uncomfortable, painful, overwhelming or embarrassing.

 

How to request Counselling​

​

  • Through other agencies

  • self-referral

  • General Practioner referral

  • NHS IAPT Redbridge, Havering, Barking & Dagenham

​

Following the assessment, we should both have a deeper understanding of what you expect from counselling and how this might be achieved.

​

Each session will last 50 minutes and take place at the same time each week.

How we work

​

We are trained using integrative techniques. Our work is client-based and we find the best way for us to work together should be decided through a process of discussion and agreement.
