We have added one or two new projects, which will be running throughout 2025. Madas Steppers

Join us on our walk
Every Thursday from 5.30 - 7.30pm,
Where will we be exercising our rights to keep on stepping. We have a limited number of headsets available for use if anyone wishes to use them.
Secure headsets by registering your interest today..
The recommended guidelines advising us to be active each day and do 150 minutes of moderate exercise per week.
MADAS walking group is a great way to hit these targets, as well as the physical benefits of walking, there are benefits that can support mental health which makes this form of exercise ideal for most individuals .

Read 4 Pleasure
FREE participation Every Monday
From 10.30am-5.30pm
Our Read 4 Pleasure project gives adults and children in the community plenty of opportunity to choose from a wide range of different fictional and non-fictional books, newspapers, and magazines to read from, as little as £2.50 per annual prescription.
Register your interest today and don't forget to collect your FREE bookmark.
Reading with your children strengthens their ability to visualize images, grasp the plot of a story, build vocabulary and improve social skills.

Stay and play
Monday-Wednesday
11.00am-3.00pm
Our Stay and Play table is set out every Monday to Wednesday with a variety of different arts and crafts, board games and toys to play with your children for as little a 50p per session.
Register your interest today so that your play is structured with age-appropriate play items.
Playing with your child builds on their cognitive skills, coordination, balance, motor skills and emotions.
The child learns to cope with emotions such as fear, frustration, aggression, love and hate.
Play helps to negotiate family dynamics, collaborate and compromise.
